Refund Policy and Payment Agreement

Welcome to Audate Media's Coaching Programs! Before you proceed with accessing or using any of our coaching programs, please carefully read and understand the following detailed Refund Policy. By accessing or using our coaching programs, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from accessing or using our programs.

At GoSaaSLaunch, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a positive experience with our programs. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to our valued clients. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding refunds for both the GoSaaSLaunch Intensive and Syndicate programs:

1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Refund Guarantee: For both the GoSaaSLaunch Intensive and Syndicate programs, we offer a hassle-free 30-day refund guarantee for your initial subscription purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, you may request a refund by sending an email to billing@audatemedia.com.

2. Non-refundable Payments After 30 Days: After the initial 30 days of enrollment, all payments become nonrefundable. No credits will be provided for partially used subscriptions. However, upon cancellation, access to the program will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.

3. GoSaaSLaunch Intensive: If cancellation occurs after the initial 30-day period in the GoSaaSLaunch Intensive program, the remaining program cost must be paid in full, regardless of content utilization. Clients who make full payment within the first 30 days of enrollment are eligible for a refund. However, payments made after the initial 30 days are nonrefundable.

4. Transaction Fee: Please note that refunds will incur a 4.5% Transaction Fee, which is a fee completed by the merchant processor and is non-refundable to AudateMedia LLC. This fee will be passed on to the client, and the refund amount will be reduced accordingly.

5. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, users eligible as per our cancellation policy should initiate the process by sending an email to billing@audatemedia.com from their registered GoSaaSLaunch Program email address with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Our billing team will acknowledge the receipt of the refund request within 1-2 business days and, if applicable, authorize the refund in accordance with our cancellation policy. The refund amount, calculated based on the policy and minus any relevant transaction fees, will be processed within 7-14 business days and notified to users via email.

6. Refund Method: Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase. To initiate a refund, please email us at billing@audatemedia.com and request a Refund Authorization Form. Once the form is received and authorized, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

7. Access Upon Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to the program and all its materials will be removed. You will not receive any additional content or attend any call sessions. If you wish to rejoin the program in the future, your progress will start fresh from month one.

8. Right to Deny Refunds: We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of our product. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of our programs and ensure a positive experience for all participants.

9. Authorized Payment Method

At GoSaaSLaunch, maintaining a valid payment method on file is essential for uninterrupted access to our programs and services. By enrolling in our programs, you authorize us to charge applicable fees to your designated payment method ("Authorized Payment Method"). This payment method will be used for all fee transactions until your agreement with us is terminated, and any outstanding fees are settled in full.

10. Payment Agreement

Upon purchasing a GoSaaSLaunch program, you agree to pay the specified amount for the selected program at the time of purchase. You have the flexibility to choose between the intensive or syndicate program, depending on the program that best suits your needs. Your credit card will be charged on the same date each month as your initial purchase.

Should you decide to cancel your subscription, please ensure to do so before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. If cancellation occurs during a billing cycle, access to the GoSaaSLaunch Program will continue until the end of that cycle. Any remaining balances are your responsibility, regardless of usage.

Please be aware that GoSaaSLaunch reserves the right to modify its pricing and payment terms at its discretion. Notice of any changes to pricing or payment terms will be provided on our website and through email communication. Continued use of our programs after such changes implies acceptance of the updated pricing and payment terms.

When making a purchase from the GoSaaSLaunch website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy, as well as our Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
